Not really...bandwidth is only taken up by actual visits. Unless people are frantically reloading the entire memberlist so as not to miss the latest exciting profile updates, the only thing inactive members take up is (a very little) disk space. ^_^

It's like I said, if you have an account, the board will track what you've read and not read better than if you didn't. They don't have to be an active poster. They've verified the account and everything.
