help with pics

I need help, i want 2 get a picture but i can't get one small enough and i don't have any programmes that can edit them (my computers pov.)
Any ideas or good sites???

All depends really on what you're looking for?
My image to the left on his post is called an avatar (avy)
The image below is called a signature (siggy)

Who or what do you want in them?
As in name a person you wish for it to be included

I was looking for an avatar, i wouldn't mind a picture of maha or tsukasa...

Anyways I got more .hack avatars in the gallery all you got to do is sign up by clicking on my siggy and they're in the profile for public use, I dont mind other forums or sites using them but dont ask me to modify them for you're personal intrest.

I'll make more for general use or for newbies and post them here in fanworks or something someday if I have time
