This image is of a Universal Media Disc (UMD) cover, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the UMD or the studio which produced the UMD in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of UMD covers to illustrate the UMD in question qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law.
