The desktop is the first thing players see whenever starting the game or or loading a save file, even if they last saved at the Save Shop in the Root Towns. Before logging into The World, players can use a number of applications to further explore the lore of the series and customize the desktop to their preferences.
Desktop
Once a player boots up the game, they have a few icons to choose from on the left hand side of the screen.
The World
