Appearance

Full Body Render of Tsukasa's Phantom from Games Tetralogy
Tsukasa's Phantom Full-body game render.

Tsukasa is a pale skinned youth with symmetrical, light-red Wave tattoos that trace the contours of his cheekbones. His eyes are purple. His hair is white, shoulder length, and fringes his face. Tsukasa's character model is modestly dressed and somewhat androgynous. The design is similar to Clerics or White Mages found in RPGs released in the 80s and 90s. Like many other character designs in The World, his character's age is ambiguous, ranging anywhere from adolescence to young adulthood.
His clothing consists of a desaturated grey-brown skirt with cropped trousers underneath, a pair of fingerless gloves, and brown boots, which fit loosely around his ankles. He wears a turtleneck shirt of the same color as the skirt. Over that he wears a beige, hooded tunic with a grey-brown belt cinched around his waist. The hooded tunic has brown decorative elements on the sleeves, hem, and down the front. Tsukasa wears a grey-brown cap, which features decorative golden cord and round, jade-green gemstones around the lighter-brown band. The design of the hat somewhat resembles an Ushanka with the earflaps tied back. On two sides of the cap, directly above the ears, fabric flaps are secured to the band. The flaps bear large jade gems that are cut into discs.
Tsukasa carries a staff with a grey handle and a blood-red jewel that floats in the center of the white, decorative crook.

Similar Character Model
Wavemaster A earth

In the .hack//fragment PS2 game, Tsukasa and the Phantom Tsukasa match the "Wavemaster A" character preset, specifically the Earth element version.
As such, Tsukasa bears a striking resemblance to Elk, who uses the Water elemental variant of the same character model.
