高校、大学の出席率が異常な低下を見せてい

育委員会、PTAなどは
連携して、生徒、学生
に出席を促すと同時に、
CC社への抗議も考えて
いる。
出席率の低下は、学校に限らず、一般社会にも
影響を及ぼしており、ゲーム世代の会社員のな
かには、プレイに集中したいとの理由から退社
する会社員まで現れた。

According to reports issued by the Ministry
of Education, as the online game, "The
World," has gained in popularity, attendance

at schools and universities has dropped.

The Ministry of
Education and the
PTA are drafting plans
to stimulate school
attendance to
counteract the game's
effects, and plan to mount a protest against
the CC Corporation. Also, since "The
World's" release, companies have noticed an
increase in sick calls and employees taking
vacation time. Some workers have even quit
their jobs to concentrate on playing games.
