Well, there aren't any Grunties in that one. Grunties are living in θ server's ranch, and kinda look like a mix between a pig and a cow or something like that... "Food for Grunty" is an item that you can feed them. They don't exist in Δ server, but if you find any of the food items you should keep them. They'll come in handy once you get to the θ server.
