Localization
The Japanese version's title is "ザ・ワールドの歩き方 (Za wārudo no arukkata)," which can be translated as "How to Walk Around 'The World'." This is likely a reference to a series of real-world tourism books by the same title.
The Korean version can be translated as "All About 'The World'." It is currently unknown if this is also a reference to an actual series of books like the other languages.
The North American English version of the article is a parody of the real-world For Dummies reference books media franchise. The books are intended to be non-intimidating guides targeted towards total beginners. The first book in the series was released in 1983. In 1991 the first of the on-going series was published. Initially the series focused on software and technology before including general topics like hobbies.
